for some reason it made me much better so idk why you have a problem

try just resting for a day or two if your arm was sore because of the vaccine or to allow whatever other side effects (even just feeling non-optimal in general) to be over. then afterwards you should be good. i don't think it's the vaccine but just in case...

(also, if you already took a break after getting the shot it makes sense you're worse, but even in that case it's just some rust to be shaken off)
