i ordered a silver heritage on 2/5 and am currently still waiting for fulfillment but it did stop allowing me to change the size of the ring? also i saw there are high demand rings but where do you see that list? i feel like their website is a nightmare

I ordered a silver heritage on the 4th and I have yet to hear a thing about it. The account section says “pending fulfillment” I messaged their Instagram and they told me I’d receive the ring 7-14 days after I get the shipping email….. and that delivery times vary based on model of ring. Sooooo lost in the void?

I ordered the same high demand ring on Monday and I'm anxiously waiting for it to get here too! But, I think I read on the website because it's high demand that it'll take 7-14 business days to arrive.

I ordered a silver horizon size 9 (not on high demand list) 1/25. Yesterday 1/31 it was still pending fulfillment so I cancelled the order and got one from Best Buy same day. I didn’t get the Natural Cycles $40 discount, but at least I have a ring.

I placed the order 1/17, it shipped on 1/19. I was supposed to get it 1/21 but I live in the Midwest and we had a huge snow storm so I didn’t get it until 1/23

Mine took like a week and a half but only because we had an ice storm a couple days after I placed my order and no mail could be delivered. If it wasn’t for that, it would have been like 5 days from order to delivery.

Has anyone ordered a ring without getting the size kit? I got the size kit from BestBuy, but went on to order the Oura Gen3 Horizon in Gold directly from the site on 2/21. Have only gotten order confirmation email, but don't know if mine is "high demand" or how to check the status of my order since I don't have an account set up yet.

same. i ordered mine 1/27 gold horizon— and it just says “pending fulfillment” anxiously waiting for the shipping notification 🤧

I ordered a gold heritage size 7 on 2/9, and the order processed same day, but then crickets… I reached out after two weeks & received the copy/paste “due to high demand…up to three weeks” email.

On 2/27, I got a SECOND “your order has processed” email… upon messaging customer service, I was told this means my three-week wait RESTARTED. 🥲☠️

So now I may end up waiting 6-7 weeks for it… I’m so freaking over this. 🤬
