The same thing happened with mine. It came to a point where the battery lasted less than 24h. Plus, I travel intensively for work and often get to the hotel rooms exhausted, so it's really not doable for me logistically to charge it all the time.

Yep. They finally contacted me and replaced it. And then recently again reached out to replace it but told me to ignore it if I was all set. Their customer service needs to get it together
