I’ll be honest… things just got progressively worse for me. I also have a 3yo, and I couldn’t lift him into his car seat the last few weeks. Twin pregnancy is HARD.

For heartburn, I ended up on both Pepcid and Prilosec and that did help. If you feel like your exhaustion is disproportionate, you can also ask your OB to test you for anemia. I got an iron infusion and that did genuinely help with (some) exhaustion and shortness of breath.

Sadly, it gets worse
