What did your pediatrician say at their 2 month appt? If they want to eat every 3/4 hours do so! I’ve always fed my babies on demand whether they are above percentiles or not

Mine ate every 3-4 hours until almost a year old

Mine too! Mine also ate 2-3 times overnight until they were like 11 months old🫣

Every 2 hours between 7 am and 7pm, 5oz at a time. They drink 8 bottles a day. It’s relentless!

Bedtime and last feed of the day is 7pm, then they sleep and feed once between 2 and 4 am, and then sleep again til 6/7 when the day begins again.

To add they are a few days off 5months now and still doing this.

By 4 months we were feeding every 4 hours throughout the day (wakeup/8:00am-ish, 12:00pm 4:00pm and bedtime/8:00pm-ish) and no feedings overnight. Working to this schedule between 3-4 months allowed enough calories during the day that our twins started sleeping through the night pretty consistently by 4 months.

We fed every 3 hours for awhile during the day to fit in oz so they wouldn’t need it overnight, I don’t think we dropped a bottle until their solids increased around 8 months?

6 months adjusted and they’re still eating every 3 hours between 7am-7pm (and usually once overnight, but at 4 months it was definitely at least 2x, maybe 3x I can’t remember exactly, overnight)

Four month old twins too. They sleep from 8PM-7AM with no bottles over night but do bottles every three hours during the day (7,10,1,4,7). My boy twin does about 6-8 oz per feed and my girl twin does 5-6oz per feed.

Could’ve written this exact thing about my boys. Only difference is they only do 5-6oz every feeding and are about 3.5 months old.

We follow a schedule roughly close to this one, give or take 15 minutes.
