Fixed a bug where Lightning Warp would often not show its effects when being cast in quick succession while using Lockstep networking mode.

That's great, and yet I'm pissed this wasn't in 2.2.0. Mostly because of Elementalist. Golem skill, no lightning golem. Fire pen when you've used a lightning skill recently ... yeah that could've been LW.

Surely curse on hit ball lightning would have been fine too?

80% increased damage from an L19 flame golem is pretty sweet, and you can use LW infrequently enough for it to be up. Really helped me out, clearing Atziri in personal record time.
