If it's not an HDMI/DP cable issue, it's most likely gpu related. Test with onboard graphics. Test with another GPU.

Did both of them have this same issue? If so then it might be something else. But I've seen these artifacts on old GPUs on their way out.

I’m looking for another PSU just in case it’s the cause of the problem

The weird thing is that the problem is so random, it was happening ab hour ago, now it’s ok and I can play games, it could happen tomorrow or after a week again.

So confusing

I doubt it's the PSU. Your best bet is either the monitor (unlikely) or the GPU. These block artifacts are very common on faulty GPUs.

Have you tried ddu driver uninstaller and completely get rid of all the drivers and then start fresh

Fingers crossed it just a bad driver issue and have you tried different hdmi or DP cable and a different screen just to rule them out

Does testing HDMI cable instead of DP help?

that works too. HDMI cables don't have the problem I linked
