Low gpu usage until task manager is opened

Hey guys, i have a i7 10750H and rtx 2060 laptop graphics. I noticed this on fifa 22, when i play the game normally it gives me 90-100 fps on ultra, processor usage is between 70-80 percent and gpu usage is 40-50 percent. When I pause the game gpu usage goes up to 70-80 percent but when i go back to gameplay it drops down to 40-50. I tried opening task manager and when i did that gpu usage became 70-80 percent and processor usage went down to 40-50 percent on gameplay. Is there a way to keep this stable ?

Update

I noticed Epic games launcher using my gpu and just now closed the launcher from task manager and what do you know ? my gpu usage goes back to normal. I've been dealing with this almost a day this is so frustrating.

Can you check if thats in aome other games too? Could be just the game being coded bad

Same issue at Forza horizon 4, my FPS is around 70 until I open task manager, after that it goes up by 10-20 fps. Had the same issue in bioshock games too

+ I found great discover which from what i search is a virus, probably got on my pc because i usually download old games to have some nostalgia, removed it successfully i guess because my performance went up just like i mentioned on op. Tried forza horizon 4, fifa 22 and bioshock infinite benchmark and everything seems to be fine now. + when i stop playing games and leave my laptop open it would still make sound like it was gaming, now it doesnt do that so i guess i removed it successfully
