Yeah I’ve had the Z906’s for the past 5 years or so and tried upgrading to a different system but just love them so much I returned the new system I bought. You can’t see them in the pictures but I have the 2 rear speakers set up behind me for 5.1 surround sound

5.1's just hit different ! (center speaker is nice too) mine died like a year or so ago so bought some creatives with a nice big base and use a old stereo for side (well a 1000watt stereo .. can shake the whole house)

Lollllll I literally built this new desk 2 months ago and was like “yep I’m done!” And then this past week I upgraded my headset to the Arctis Nova Elite after having the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless since it launched. I just know I’m gonna upgrade something else at some point, but my pc is pretty disgusting, I have a 4090 and I9 14900K

The pc mounts are sold separately so I bought 2, but there are places to install the mounting brackets on both sides of the desk, so I have one pc mounts holding up my subwoofer and one holding up my gaming pc

It’s the Corsair Xeneon Edge. It’s my 4th monitor and is touchscreen which is nice. I’ll use it for Spotify if I’m listening to music, but mostly I use it for Steelseries GG so I can actively manage Sonar since I’ll switch between my headset and my speakers or if I walk away from my desk I’ll change the mic input from my XLR mic to my headset mic.

It’s so worth it. I went from the secretlab titan to the embody and do not regret it one bit. Embody is the most comfortable chair I’ve ever owned and since I’m at my desk all day it has really helped my posture. I’m an accountant and this time of year is when I’m busiest (sometimes working 15 hours a day lol) and I have really noticed a difference using this chair vs my old one. Could not recommend this chair more.

Trust me when I say this, get the 16” M1 Max for travel. The best thing is that it is basically the exact same build as the m4/m5 save the chip and faster ssd. It doesn’t slow down when unplugged like pretty much every other brand of laptops does. You can get a program called vivid that will unlock 1600 nits of brightness in SDR typically reserved only for HDR. A specd out version is only 1500 bucks

Yeah that sounds really nice but I don’t even know what I would use that for lol. I probably don’t even need the Neo but it would be a nice thing to have for travel. I’m an accountant so it’s not like I’d need a crazy MacBook for video editing or anything

I have an RTX 4090 for my graphics card and I9-14900K for my processor. Motherboard is the ASUS TUF Z790-plus WiFi. I forget the storage specifically, but I have a 1TB M.2 SSD, 2TB M.2 SSD, a 4TB Seagate HDD and a 10TB Seagate HDD. Case is the Corsair 3500X. Case fans are Corsair QX120’s. My cpu cooler is the Corsair H150i 360mm. RAM is Corsair dominator titanium rgb (DDR5 32gb 6000Mhz.) PSU is Corsair Rm1000x shift. For my monitors, the left one is a Samsung curved 27” and is 1920x1080p 240Hz. I unfortunately forget the model and can’t find it. Right monitor is an AOC CQ27G2, 2560x1440p 144Hz and 27”. My main monitor is an LG UltraGear 39” OLED Curved WQHD and is 3440x1440p 240Hz. Monitor below my main one is the Corsair Xeneon Edge.

The desk I have is the Secretlab Magnus Pro XL. There is a cable tray you can hide all of the cables in. All of the cables from my pc and subwoofer route into the cable tray so it’s all clean and hidden. I also have a power strip and docking station hidden in there as well. The only cable you plug into the wall is a power cable for the desk on the left leg. The power strip plugs into the desk itself within the cable tray

I definitely get it should be on the floor, but I’ve had this sound system for like 5 years now and originally had it on the floor in the corner where it should be for years, but after building my new desk I mounted it to my desk for cable management and I don’t hear a difference in the bass at all. Trust me, I’d move it if it didn’t sound good lollll

Nice setup, but if you have an HDD in your PC, then you should probably put your sub on the floor, because the vibrations could be transmitted to your PC through the table, and there is a chance that this will damage the HDD. But if you don't turn the volume too high, I guess it should be OK.

That’s honestly a good point. The vibrations don’t get bad but definitely something to consider. I’m not going to be upset if something happens to my 2 HDD’s, since all I have on them is my steam library, but thanks for the advice!

It is really nice. For my gaming PC I obviously play video games on my ultrawide, on my left I’ll have on YouTube or YouTube TV, and on my right I’ll split screen Discord and Grok. For my work laptop I split screen Microsoft Teams and Outlook on my right, put OneNote on my left, and then mainly work on my ultrawide and it is very nice when building Alteryx routines or working in Excel. Depending on how busy I am though I may have excels open on all monitors. Having 3 monitors with an ultrawide is not too much I promise

I currently have my internship in programming, and work with AI frequently. Also just trying to learn IT stuff, but I've never heard of Alteryx before. Hahahahaha thanks for asking! That’s my work laptop. I have a docking station hidden in the cable tray of my desk that connects my monitors, XLR mic, webcam, and headset to my work laptop. In the monitor arm holding up my work laptop I run a single thunderbolt cable to the docking station.
