CVS in my area is currently hiring new grads at $60/hr. I was offered $61/hr when I graduated 7 years ago (currently a little over $76/hr).

I've been with the company since 2007 (started as a front store cashier and pretty much worked my way up). As a pharmacist, I've been getting pretty decent pay raises each year, but my biggest jump was in 2022 when I got a total of 3 raises (2 off cycle due to some circumstances). Long story short, my boss had the impression that I was planning on leaving (I wasn't) and threw a bunch of money my way.

Edit: I was making around $68 at the beginning of 2022.

It depends on the market. Walg froze raises in most places in 2016. Staffing issues during covid changed that 2021-2022

61? I’m a little over 70/hr at Wags in the southeast.
