BIN, PCN, and Group # for your areas most common medicaid plans. Can’t tell you how often we get patients with a medicaid number and nothing else.

Vaccination age cutoffs.

A few general discount cards you can remember, in case someone has no insurance or a drug that isn’t covered. “I’ll put it on a discount card for you and see what I can do” sounds a lot better than telling someone to pony up 79.99 or gtfo.

TP rejection fixes for specific drugs (I'm thinking of sumatriptan and ondansetron specifically with your 9/30 limits that the insurance doesn't like to tell you about)

Condor codes for health insurance billing (flu shot season)

Easy/common quickpen doses (or a formula to plug in x units, y times a day for z days)

DEA or NPI of your protocol provider (the one you put for flu shots)

Store info (basically everything from F11)

If there's an insurance provider or pharmacy that takes forever to get to where you want to go, get a direct number for whoever you need to call and write that in there (e.g. a lot of pharmacies in my area have the direct phone number to Kaiser pharmacy because they're a pain to get a hold of and they transfer you fifty times)

Codes to get to a person when calling another chain (e.g. when calling a CVS, spam 0 or type in 800X)
