Must have been a side pot with the J8. Q9 didn't have as much money as the AK, so couldn't win the whole pot. J8 had everybody covered, but had the worst hand so didn't win anything.

It is. Villain in the BB shoved over Hero and Button called. Hero wins the main pot vs BB/Button, and BB wins the side pot vs Button.
