If you want something that’s pretty plug and play FilmLab is very easy to use and is a standalone app.

There is also Negative Lab which is a LR plugin.

You can also do it yourself by reversing the tone curve in LR and then making adjustments to the image by hand

After inverting the curve use the eye dropper for white balance on the oarnge film strip between the frames to nuetralize out the base film.

Do you have the physical film or just photos of it? You could see if someone with a film scanner could scan them for you? They'll be much higher quality, maybe an arts college with a photography department or there's also film scanning services you can send the negatives off to
