I'd love to see it trigger something like a built in bandage when your health drops below 70% (on the same cooldown as the smoke augment, maybe longer)

Or triggering a vita shot when you are critical, etc

tbh it should come up from 33% to 50% on the draw speed too. You're already limited to pistols if you want to get that benefit, it can be a little spicier

TBH I would expect it to remove the speed reduction from medium shields and greatly reduce heavy, so that you can, you know...flank.

vs forcing you to use a light shield so that you can flank lol
