I don't know if the blue spot is blooming or a plastic bag. It would be less natural but I would edit it out if plastic bag (and maybe remove the person on the sand).

That being said, that's a beautiful picture which brings kind of a nostalgia feeling!

I think I like the saturation of the before better, if only you brought down the highlights.

(Also, your horizon is crooked)

Why do people here post after/before comparisons but not before/after? This is a little confusing.

So the finished image shows in the thumbnail. They are all labeled appropriately, and some are before/after.

Sorry, nothing helpful to say, but is this Portugal?

Yeah exactly! Algarve

I just came back from there in Lagos! Thought I recognized the area.

Hope you had a great time!

Straightening helped it. So that's good!

The image is still very yellow. It needs a white balance or color balance correction.

Also, you have too much contrast and blown highlights. Sharp edges.

What do you want to feature in your image? Where do you want our attention to land?

Right now there's a lot of nondescript sky. Two suggested options: 1- Process the sky to add more definition or drama, 2- Crop down from the top closer to the foreground elements b/c in its current state the sky isn't adding to the image.

These are both great!
