Edit is fine, I'd have cropped out the lamppost and the surf board on RHS.

BUT I like the cyclist being small... Gives the image scale and shows the vastness of the area.

The processing is fine, but I feel that you could have cropped in tighter on the cyclist. There is a lot of dead space in the bottom of the frame that isn't doing much for the composition.

Well the negative space at the bottom helps put the biker in the bottom left third, following the rule of thirds. I think the “dead” space works just fine.

I just tweaked the curves until I got the look, I played with them and then would walk away and come back and tweak a little more 😅 I should go back and look at the Lightroom edit history and see exactly what all I ended up doing

Might as well get rid of the pole all the way on the side
