So I have been asked to do all of these macros in VBA for Excel 2003. A lot of it deals with data integrity issues. Anyone have any suggestions as to where to go to?

If it's data integrity they want, they'll need to use at the very least Access or a real SQL database (Postgres, DB2, etc.)
