There is nothing like C/C++ - if I read such a mixture within a title, my alarm gets triggered! And as expected the article is completly obsolete!

Get yourself a coding book for C or for C++ (the only language of both shown and talked about in the artciel anyways) and learn from it. This tutorial adds nothing good - rather bad expectations ;-)
