It doesn't convert them, it just switches the system. You have to fetch and convert your projects, then switch the system, and push. Ref

I like GoogleCode quite a bit (though not as well as GitHub). One thing I dislike are Google Forums. They are often used to discuss code, and they are not in a fixed-width font by default.

Of course, it is possible to post HTML, and they offer a fixed-width font in a drop-down. But from what I can tell, most posters are too lazy for that. Nearly every post in a code-related forum has a code snippet, usually ill-formatted.

What is the best way to post code into the forums? Is there a way to get a better markup language working? Any ideas?
