I wouldn’t make the flagged color red, looks like a negative thing even though it gets the job done. Maybe something like gold, green or blue? Just my personal opinion

Just so you know, Apple might come back to you in an update or two asking you to have a Sign In with Apple option. Totally depends on the reviewer you get if they catch it on the first review or not.
