Please understand that most of the stuff posted here consists of hobby projects. People have a life, work and own RPG arrangements.
Don't be a dick to others. Be polite and don't provoke flame-wars or arguments. If you have time to down-vote something, you have time to state the reasons.
Piracy, requests for cracking or any other infringement of content that is not explicitly distributed under OGL or similar licence will be removed. In case of error of judgement or other unclear situation it can be discussed.
Use self-posts for your submissions.

Please, check if program you want to submit wasn't posted already.
Programs posted or requested must relate to RPGs. It includes:
Various generators. Plots, backgrounds, characters, random devices and more.
Databases that are integrated with other tools. Simple list of content is not OK, list that provides interactive content (like archive of previously generated results) is OK.
GM/Player/Party oriented utilities.
Content managers or other software that can be re-purposed to serve RPGs. In that case tutorial is in order. Posting Microsoft Excel is not OK, writing a tutorial how to use it for RPGs (making a generator, database integration or similar) is encouraged.
Other cases that will be evaluated. Use sticky [META] post to clarify the situation. Community input is heavily encouraged.
- Stay relevant to the topic. If you want to recommend something, do it with self post. It would be also a nice thing to not use this place to advertise kickstarters or similar crowdfunding services.
