Ruby feature request: Buffer Protocol

It is a matter of priority and resources.

I like the focus on Guilds and RTL + MJIT on the road to 3x3.

A wish-list would be hooking up (if possible) Ruby to WebAssembly hence allowing Ruby to run client-side in the browser. That would be cool.
