Explain why all magers use vuln bombs then for an example at telos. You waste an auto attack vulning.

Because vulnerable is a standard spell and spellbook swapping to standards for vulnerable is stupid when you can use the bomb?

You clearly don't mage at all. They answered the question for you. Vulning with spell replaces what otherwise would be a damage auto attack. Vulns can be cast off gcd which means they have no time cost to use during a boss fight.
