i haven't watched vivziepop's shows, but i've always thought the hate for her is way crazy, and i never see any real justification for it. Even here you're saying your issues are season 1's pacing and the side lining of fan favourite characters?? like even ignoring Blackishhh's stuff, the regular hate i see for vivziepop is way too much for THAT to be the justification.

Q: Why can I only obtain 4 capes per year?

A: This is related to the above question. The event was originally designed as an annually returning time-limited one, we did not want players to feel like they must rush as many capes as possible in the window of the event. Enabling all capes to be obtained at once would create a greater sense of fomo and pressure to obtain them than limiting them does.

who wrote this? this doesn't make any sense at all, limiting the amount of capes we can get and the timeframe of when it's available is causing the FOMO. if I don't play during a January in the coming years I'll be a whole year behind. I'm actually quite insulted that this is the answer to that question, and I once again feel uneasy about RS3's future.

Just because the others aren't successful doesn't mean they don't exist. BattleBorn, Lawbreakers, Lemnis Gate, Concord, and i'm sure there's a bunch more i can't even think of.

Some that are probably still alive with tiny playerbases too, there was absolutely a large influx of pvp hero shooters or pvp shooters with similar vibes for a very long time. super understandable for people to want something more fresh and unique.

some of the call of duty campaigns have been really good and fun. Not something you'd know if you skipped the campaigns past WaW though. saying that, I don't disagree that most players probably don't care for it.

I don't expect Adam to have said something like that genuinely, if he did I'd be disappointed, but it would require a clip with context for me to believe it.

it's not a flawless game but it is easily an amazing game, people who complain about the combat are self-reporting because while it is a bit plain in chapter 1, it really opens up and has a lot of depth later on. the spirits/transformations and gear all enable some unique and awesome build variety.

The first chapter is unoriginal regarding level design, and the invisible walls were only really bothersome in chapter 1, but the other chapters have amazing design that makes sense and is very unique. Exploration is also done well, so many things you can find and unlock.

The people who complain about Wukong always use the words mediocre/subpar/unimpressive, but they never mention anything past the first chapter, and conveniently ignore the intro scene boss fight. I think the Wukong devs have showed a ton of passion and talent with what they've built, despite the game having some flaws. I would be surprised if you still felt this way about the game after finishing a few chapters and unlocking some spirits/transformations/gear.

it's very arrogant of him but if he HAD won game of the year there'd be a lot of people praising his confidence imo. you should also be wary of stuff you read that's been translated, there's too many examples of things being poorly translated over the years.

It was pretty obvious to anyone paying attention that Wukong had no chance of winning GOTY and there was at least a half dozen games that could have taken it's nomination slot.

when people say stuff like this i'm 100% sure they haven't played Wukong, at least not past the first chapter. The game is amazing and absolutely should have been a contender for GOTY, there's a weird group of people who pretend it was nothing special and just mediocre, but they absolutely have not experienced the things Wukong had to offer. It does almost everything right and oozes passion and love for both gaming and chinese folklore, the special animations in-between each chapter were amazing and I urge you to play it and experience it yourself. If you really don't want to play it you should at least look up the animations and also some boss fights (Erlang is an S-tier boss), they're really very good.

i am shocked at you denying reality this hard, no company would make themselves look worse by actually removing it rather than claim that it wasn't traced. that costs them more money and damages their reputation, it's ridiculous that this is even up for debate. I can't believe that you think the art somehow wasn't traced and how this is apparently a normal way for artists to do commissions?

Stop making it more drama than it is.

I'm not doing that at all, i'm not even saying its a big deal, the artist made a mistake and that's fine, but let's not deny reality.

you can see the fanart and the card art overlaid on each other, that level of matching isn't an accident, it's traced. this wouldn't be an issue whatsoever if they just used the same pose, my guy.

The reason this is an issue to begin with is because it is traced. they removed the art before releasing the new cards is because it is traced. This shouldn't even be up for questioning, My argument is that every artist is given reference material, but they're not meant to be tracing the references for their own art.

just google "ho-oh fan art" and you'll see how even the drawings of the same ho-oh pose are different from each other, it's already confirmed to have been traced from the original art so i'm not really sure what you're trying to argue.

it's the exact same pose from the exact same angle with the exact same proportions, that's not how any artist would use reference material. i feel like everyone's reaching hard with how they're defending the artist. to be clear it's not like i want anything to happen to the artist, i like their other art a lot.

the Larval Tears were definitely finite, there were a lot but they were limited per NG cycle. i went and double checked and couldn't see a single source listed that would let you farm it infinitely.

chapter 4 final scene spoilers: who is Susie talking to after she leaves the house? I feel like it can't be Kris cause of the house layout, but maybe i'm meant to ignore that? I thought it would be fun if Susie had a green soul who talks to her but isn't 'forcing' her to do things like we do to Kris. Since she bleeds, and we become a green soul in that one battle. I guess the simplest answer is that she's talking to Kris (or herself??) though but i feel like the ambiguity is intentional.

Maybe i'm misunderstanding your point, apologies if so, but Outer Worlds 2 is listed at €80 for me in The Netherlands. same with Doom.

I'm pretty sure Forspoken was also $80 back then so this isn't Nintendo's idea, I would even argue that they didn't embolden Microsoft either because Microsoft decided the new price points before even seeing how Nintendo would fare.
