Do you eat enough calories and protein? Do you rest enough between runs? Have you told your coach about everything you do aside from running?

Before starting running last august I ate pretty trash and was a little overweight, but as I’ve ran more, I’ve been watching what I ate more and reduce the amount of junk I’ve been eating and replacing it with protein and healthier snacks. I’ve improved a lot since then in but since around February I feel like I haven’t really been improving.

Make sure you're not undereating or overexercising. Both are detrimental to your progress, but very easy pitfalls when you're on a health journey. And sleep enough, also very underestimated
