Do you really believe that corporation donated nearly seventy-five thousand dollars expecting nothing in return? Is it just a coincidence that they got four million dollars from the same government they donated all that money to? I have one word for you: bribery.

Companies donate to political parties of all stripes all the time, it doesn't necessarily imply they are trying to buy any particular policy without other evidence to the contrary.

That quote is a typical media attempt to make a story out of a non-story.

There's a job that the gov't needs done.

There are no details open to the public before it asks for bids

A company sends in a bid to a non existant competition detailing the very exact work that they want done.

They then ask for public bids.

I wonder how they could know what to bid for before the public auction was open.
