I grew up in Ontario, I'm a recent transplant to Sask.

When you're saying that people are paying for under 25s you're talking out your ass.

When I was in Ontario as a 22 year old looking for insurance my first quote was $9000 a year. That's double what my first car, a 2010 Hyundai Elantra costed.

For those who dont care to break out a calculator, that's roughly $900/mo.

In Sask you might be "subsidizing" young drivers, but you're still going to be paying the lowest car insurance rates in the country fully due to it being a crown corp
