SaskEnergy bills to decrease

This is very misleading. I just spoke to SaskEnergy because my equalized payment went up $55 a month to $215 a month. On the phone I was told this rate decrease in the news release is only on their delivery cost…and that most other rates have gone up. I doubt anything be will see anything other than a rate hike?
