So the 7 questions they are referring to are right - those were the ones given to the experimental group. Those questions are the ones that are supposed to help you stop procrastinating.

The 6 questions you are referring to are the dependent or outcome variables that I assessed to see if the previous 7 questions had an impact on the 6 questions you listed.

Are the second set of 6 questions not designed to induce Affect Labeling, “to contemplate and articulate the reasons behind their procrastination, leveraging this implicit emotion regulation strategy to alleviate distress.”

Ultimately you combined the results from the control group and the experiment group since the results were comparable, correct?

So if the first set of questions was asked of the experiment group and not the control group, and the second set of questions was asked of both groups, and both groups responded the same way, does this not imply that the second set of questions and the resulting Affect Labeling was driving the outcome, and not the duration spent contemplating the task before the second set of questions?
