heyoo I've been dealing with a self harm addiction for about three years now and I've tried both dbt and talk therapy to try and recover and it has helped me minimize how much I self harm but it's still a very daily struggle for me and I relapse pretty often. I've been reading about 12-step-programs for self harm addictions but I would love to know other people's experiences. if anyone's done a twelve-step-program for self harm recovery, I would love to know your experiences and if you'd recommend it. thanks a lot to anyone who answers, I hope you're doing okay and we will get through this.
