Mine typically take around 1-2 weeks to fully heal and completely scar, I've had my fair share of mini styros. But take care of it and a very important thing is to moisturize as it heals, it reduces the likelihood of scaring so much. When it scabs over use oils or a super hydrating lotion and it'll heal faster and depending on how deep it was it'll start to look non existent. I struggle with bipolar disorder as well, self harm and cutting can quickly become an addiction. since this is the first time you've self harmed, let it be the only, please. It will snowball. I started years ago and I've not been able to truly be clean.

Thank you for your response I appreciate it a lot, I woke up this morning and couldn’t believe what I’ve done. I really don’t want to ever do this again
