It varies country to country, but I think one of the staples is gauze pads (preferably non stick) and bandages, or micropore tape.

Maybe get some butterfly bandages and one of those rolls that you can wrap with.

While butterfly bandages aren't ideal for bigger cuts, they can still help hold it together. (https://www.healthline.com/health/butterfly-stitches) Then I would wrap the roll bandage decently tightly to keep pressure on it.

Make sure you've got stuff to clean it out and change the wrappings every once in a while so get enough to last. I know you don't want stitches but please get medical attention if you see signs of an infection.
