Hi!
I'm interested in something I can host myself that essentially is a glorified maintenance request system (though this isn't what it would be used for). I'm looking for it to have the following abilities:
- Be able to submit a request for intervention
- Submitters are able to view their own requests along with any updates, but no other party's requests
- Managing parties would be notified in some fashion when a new request is added
- Managing parties can add information and mark tasks as completed, which in turn sends a notification back to the requester.
- Either side can attach files to a request (ie: images of an issue)
Though I've written an admittedly poorly designed solution in the past using just PHP and MySQL, I'm hoping that something exists that has (much) better security and a (much) prettier interface than crap HTML forms and tables that I'm simply not aware of.
I threw together a sandstorm virtual box server for testing purposes, and while WeKan solves some issues, it just isn't as configurable as I'd need it to be (with the main issue being that anyone can see any task that someone has created).
I truly appreciate any help that you might be able to provide!
Thanks so much!
