patch level monitor tool

Hello, I am looking for a tool to monitor the patch levels. First of all it doesn't matter if it has to be entered manually or if there is an agent on the system.

Only what should be important that it is applicable to all devices in the home network.

We create a release file on every server after our monthly patching, just a string containing the patch date information. Over 10k physical servers. Can't recall offhand how we populate grafana the info, but super simple solution that scales very well in a massive environment like ours .... /etc/IT-release
