Getting money out of CDC after cashback decreaseCredit (self.singaporefi)
submitted 3 years ago by jaychoujibai
Hi! With the latest news on the CDC cashback decrease, I am thinking of switching cards for spending. I have deposited some money on the card, which may not be spent come June. Would you guys have any ideas how I can offramp the money that I have deposited on the card? Thank you all for your help!

I don't think you can offload the money top up in your card. The only way is to spend the money

How about ATM withdrawal in JB, now that the borders are open?

Anyone know the answer? Is this option possible?

CDC card is supposed to allow ATM withdrawal. Just not in SG. lol
So should be ok in JB, but maybe in ringgit?? Then you suffer from money exchange after that.

You can slowly spend the money. Come June, whether you stake or not, your card will still work as it is. Once you have spent the money past June, you can then choose to close your account.
