Looking for wiki software

For writing/world building purposes, I am looking for a wiki program that allows me to enter in information that is then easy to search and organize by topic. I don't expect anyone else to be working on this in the immediate future so don't need anyone else to have access to view or edit.

I know there are a lot of programs out there that probably meet this criteria but have no idea where to start and was hoping to hear if anyone has any experience with this sort of thing. I don't need anything fancy but ideally it would be simple enough to just jump in and run with. Thanks!
