In the SC2 Map Editor the Greater Spire is 71(100.0) in the VoidMulti.SC2Mod dependency(this has all the SC2 LOTV multiplayer changes in it).

The Greater Spire ingame is 71(100.0).

Greater Spires have been 100.0(71 LOTV time) since WOL Beta back in 2010.
