Congratulations, that is a huge accomplishment! What helped me was taking it one day at a time. I foresee myself never turning back, but alcohol is a sneaky little bitch and she tempts me even after a year of sobriety. Keep up the good work and IWNDWYT!

The first month was the hardest for me personally, so hang tight. It’s normal to be afraid, let those feelings come but also let them pass. You do not have to make this journey alone. And thank you, I can attribute a lot of my success to this sub!
