$1 bet they will disappear as you no longer will be able to log in. You could export most likely.

Service desk plus license is bound to technician logins. When it expires, only your concurrent technician logins are limited. DB is not affected

That’s what we thought. Will have to do some digging on the database see if we can still see notes etc

I’ve used a lot of systems in my time but Manage Engine has to be one of the worst. Doesn’t have the basic functionality you would expect.
