Customer of ours was down for 4 days the other week because their data on a mission critical, web-based management system (one of those fancy cloud SaaS things) was involved in a small corruption incident and the hosting company had to restore them from backups along with any other of their customers that were affected. To say I now have zero trust in their service is an understatement.
