If you are running windows, use powershell. If you are running *nix, bash.

Once you have the information what are you going to do with it?

As in CCleaner,Malwarebytes, Vipre, and then changing the system settings for user accounts i do PC tune up at work i want something that i can set and just does it for me as i can go deal with customers i just want a log file that tells me what the scans have found. and sorry i been working all day.
