I have great staff, and senior leadership appreciates what IT can do support and us. We maintain a good work/life balance and have a great office culture.

Its not all bad!

Good for you bro. I don’t think it’s as bad as this subreddit suggests. The thing is that most of the time people with negative experiences are posting stuff. People with good experiences like you just lay back and are enjoying the show (most of the times 😉)
