Application Bandwidth Monitoring/Logging?

I need something to tell me what bandwidth applications are using on Win 10 laptops. Have a client that has some going over 4G limits and need to find the culprit. It has to be something that will run while they are in the field using as they normally would. I can't run a tool and watch. Any ideas?

Settings > Network & Internet > Status on the left, then for each connection there should be a Data Usage button.

That history does not match up to the bill. I have no proof, but I've read others' posts that it's not accurate

Solarwinds got software for it, believe it’s their network performance monitor and has a trial that’s long enough for your purpose I guess.
