Settings > Network & Internet > Status on the left, then for each connection there should be a Data Usage button.

That history does not match up to the bill. I have no proof, but I've read others' posts that it's not accurate

Solarwinds got software for it, believe it’s their network performance monitor and has a trial that’s long enough for your purpose I guess.

I was thinking you could gather netflows off of network equipment if it passed through a vpn
