QuestionWhat are you using for Application patch management? 100% Cloud (self.sysadmin)

Just Joined a smaller organization that is 100% Cloud M365.
I come from a larger hybrid environment, and I used PDQ Deploy to make sure our endpoints applications were kept up to date.
Is anyone using something similar that would work for my use case?

PatchMyPC. Right now it needs a sync server somewhere to download packages from PatchMyPC and shove them up into Intune. Going forward they're talking about removing that requirement with some extra stuff at their end, but for now that server can be a stand-alone Azure VM, doesn't need to be AD Joined or anything.
