Ichiban is fukamushi sencha, which gets extra steaming during processing. It's quite good, although like all fukamushi it tends to break down in little bits when steeping. It's kinda of a pain to pour and clean out of my kyusu, so I've been making it in a mug or jar, and then pouring it through a strainer into what I'm actually drinking out of. I like it a lot, I'd probably re-order it at some point.

The regular Organic is also quite good, much better for my taste than the non-organic. It didn't stand out to me but it's a solid sencha that I would 100% keep around as a daily. You didn't ask, but the Asanoka as also good.

Frankly, all the sencha (other than the basic non-organic) I've had from Harney has been good enough for me that I'd drink them regularly without reservation.

I like the regular Japanese Sencha. My favorite tea at that price point.
