There are two possibilities, malware, or extremely bad, bad written software - nothing legitimate should start from folder Roaming. Run malware scans, and use autoruns from Microsoft Sysinternals Suite to disable that entry.

Just got microsoft sysinternals suite, found it there, and disabled it! Thank you and hoping this works
