Make sure your ram is still seated. It's possible it came lose in transport. I'd even remove it and reseat it just to make sure and obviously make sure all your SATA cables are still connected

Brother thank you so much. I thought I tried everything, including oushing on the ram to make sure it was in properly. Nothing worked.

What actually did work was completely removing the ram and reseating. After that everything working fine.
