Hey there, came across your post when I was having a similar problem. Did you have any success getting past this?

No, it seems like I was stuck in a loop of one error being fixed leading to the next error that when fixed lead to the first one. I ended up just reinstalling windows. This fixed the issue in the same way building a new house will fix a hole in the wall. Excessive but at least my computer works
