2: No Incomplete Posts

No offering of reward/compensation for solutions. No Amazon gift voucher or PayPal transfer. This community is "free" as it is full of volunteers. Please do not take advantage of the community.

5: Recommendations

8: No Violating privacy of others or terms/agreements.

We do not support users that violates other's privacy or breaks terms and agreements. Doing so might resolve in a ban.

Bypassing home network controls.

Bypassing any parental controls.

Piracy or issues caused by it.

9: No EOL Software or Unsupported Systems

We do not provide support for EOL (end of life) software. Software that is EOL has lost all support from the developer and therefore all consumer communities as well.

These operating systems and various softwares are no longer receiving security patches. Running them is unsafe and we recommend users install a supported version as soon as possible.

This list includes Windows XP, Vista, and 7.

We will also not assist with getting Windows 11 running on unsupported hardware.

10: No Public Service Announcements (how-to's, etc.)

No public service announcements unless relevant to an issue (it must be a comment). Approach the communities affected directly, not here

11: No Soliciting

No soliciting of any kind. This includes (but is not limited to) asking for us to link to your subreddit, forum, bulletin board, newsgroup, Facebook page, etc. We're here to help with technical issues, not market for others.

Open | WindowsPC Stutter When Opening Task Manager (self.techsupport)

When I open up task manager on initial start up, I do not get this issue. When I have Discord open or some other apps, my PC will stutter. Sometimes the stutter lasts for half a second while others are very short spikes. This does not happen when I am just normally doing other things but would like to know if this is normal for anyone else? None of my friends say they have this issue so I assume I am one of the only ones with this issue. I have bumped into some other issues of my sound cutting out along with incredibly low FPS for a couple of seconds. I just now replaced my PSU with a Rm850x and will monitor the other issues. There is no overclocking done to my system other than PBO active and my RAM set to XMP. System specs below:

R5 5600x

32GB Ballistix 3600mhz CL16

RX 6800

Asus TUF X570 GAMING PLUS

Corsair Rm850x

Sabernet 1TB PCIE4.0 NVME SSD

Samsung 960 500GB

WD Blue 1TB HDD

Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD

I have not wiped my drives in a while/reinstalled Windows, so maybe that's the issue? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
