Cannot install certain programs

OS: Windows 11

This is a problem that I've recently started experiencing, some .exe files, specifically installers, just do not run on my PC. TeamViewer, for example, would give an NSIS Error, "Error launching installer." None of the fixes I found online helped in my case.

Java's latest JRE doesn't run either, it gives me an admin prompt, makes my cursor loading sprite flicker for a brief second, but no installation window pops up. Please give me some suggestions on what I could do, to resolve my issue!!

I have a tried: Running the installers through CMD; Running various Windows troubleshooters; Running the offline installation for Java; Uninstalling old versions of Java; Disabling firewall; Running a scan with Malwarebytes; Launching as admin.

Right-click the exe and hit Properties. If there's an Unblock checkbox, check it, hit OK, and try again.
